Terms of Service

By accessing and using fract.dev ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

fract.dev provides Discord bot hosting services, including but not limited to server infrastructure, monitoring tools, deployment automation, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading. You may not host bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your bot code and data. We may access your data only as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by fract.dev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall fract.dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
